SCOAP3 高能物理领域开放期刊

SCOAP3全称Sponsoring Consortium for Open Access Publishing in Particle Physics，是高能（粒子）物理领域的资助机构、研究机构和图书馆组成的联盟，致力于将该领域学术论文转为开放出版。SCOAP3于2007年由欧洲原子能研究机构（简称CERN）和德国马普学会等机构发起，现已经有中国、美国、德国、法国、英国、日本等24个国家的100多家高能物理资助或研究机构参加。目前6家出版社的10种期刊参加了SCOAP3计划，发表的论文占全世界高能物理论文产出的近50%。其中包括：全部内容开放期刊5种：Elsevier的Physics Letter B和Nuclear Physics B，Springer的European Physical Journal C和Journal of High Energy Physics，及Hindawi的Advances in High Energy Physics 5种期刊的全部内容将转为开放出版；高能物理论文开放出版5种：IoPP的Chinese Physics C、Journal of Cosmology and Astroparticle Physics和New Journal of Physics，OUP（牛津大学出版社）的Progress of Theoretical Physics，Jagellonian University的Acta Physica Polinica B。
